If there is one excuse that people use most often for why they don’t exercise, it’s “because it costs too much”. After lack of time, cost can be the biggest turn off for working out.
But why should getting fit have to cost the earth? It doesn’t have to, and deep down you probably know it. But it is an easy excuse to use, isn’t it? Millions use it everyday: they say they simply can’t afford a gym membership or to buy work pout equipment for the home.

It is a fact that the stresses of life is taking a toll on the marriages of hundreds of millions of couples. Work, money, children and other commitments can become so overwhelming and time consuming that your marriage starts to suffer severely.

If your husband or boyfriend tends to be a little lazy when it comes to his health and fitness, it might be up to you to get him into gear.
I have lost count of the number of times I’ve had friends tell me that their hubby or partner simply won’t exercise. Sometimes the case is that he used to be really into fitness and health, but has just let his guard down. Whilst other men simply never started and are gaining weight fast. If you or your partner (or both of you) have noticed that your fitness, health and weight are not as good as they should be then the sooner you do something about it, the better off you both will be.
If you personally have gained some weight, or are aware that you are not eating right, take a look at it from your partner’s point of view for a moment.
What if your lifestyle led to you becoming increasingly weak and even ill? What if this then led to increasingly common conditions like diabetes or heart disease? Whilst you should care about your own health, often it is putting ourselves in the shoes of our loved ones that leads to serious action being taken to reverse damage and getting your health and fitness back on track.
Motivation
Getting motivation for exercise is by no means easy. Having someone to work out with does make it easier as they can motivate you and vice versa. And if you’re a competitive person you’ll probably enjoy the challenge of not wanting to “chicken out” of the workout sessions!
